The only room in the hotel with direct access to the street; for complete autonomy. The entrance to the room is safe and suitably protected; it lies along the scalinata di San Lorenzo (Saint Lawrence’s Steps), which leads to Rocca Maggiore.

The single or double room is small, meaning additional beds are not possible. The three-quarter bed can be used for one or two persons.

The small external bedroom has a small but complete and functional en-suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer. The bedroom has autonomous air-conditioning and heating to be used at the guest’s discretion. The bedroom is also fitted with a wardrobe, desk and chair, minibar, safe, 24” flat-screen TV and has free Wi-Fi.
